The American Lamb Board represents all sectors of the American Lamb industry, from producers to feeders and processors. They strive to promote the freshness, flavor, nutritional benefits, and culinary versatility of American Lamb, while simultaneously emphasizing the importance of buying local and knowing your butcher. Overseen by the USDA, the American Lamb Board is comprised of a 13 member council and based out of Denver, Colorado.
