Our Role
As the School of Artisan Foods prepared to open its doors to the first diploma students in September, Seedling Projects U.K. Director Aine Morris provided hands-on expertise to establish student support systems and advise on educational content. As this exciting hub of sustainable food activity develops its role as one of the U.K.’s leading educational facilities, we look forward to working with them on diverse segments of the organization.

Project Details
A new school dedicated to artisan food, situated in the heart of Sherwood Forest in England, The School of Artisan Food is housed in a newly renovated, beautiful historic building. The course program is designed to give people the opportunity to get back in touch with real, handmade food. These courses suit all ages and skill levels. The School of Artisan Food not only teaches practical and enjoyable ways to produce food, but it also asks important questions about why food is produced in the way it is, what the alternatives are, and what the future may look like. This school is unique in offering the U.K.’s only intensive career-orientated professional program.
